Synchronize with iPod (Ctrl+H) - Runs the Synchronize Folders feature.

Download News Feeds - Runs the Download Feeds feature.

Get Outlook Contacts - Runs the Get Outlook Contacts feature.

Christen iPod - This renames the song list in the iPod Database, which means that it changes the word at the top of your iPod when you're playing songs from the main song list (Songs >), and also the name visible in the Info screen on the iPod.

Rebuild DB from iPod - This feature wipes out the database, and then searches every directory for MP3 files. If the MP3 files have ID3 tags, then the song information will be pulled from them; otherwise it will prompt for the song information.

Probe iPod for Lost Music - This is almost identical to the Rebuild DB feature, except that it doesn't start by wiping out the database. Probing searching every music directory on the iPod for MP3s, and if it finds a song that is not in the database, it adds that song. It will use ID3 tags if they are present; otherwise it will prompt.

Verify iPod Database - This feature makes sure that every song in the Song View exists on the iPod, and has the same file size on the iPod as is reported in the database. If it finds any discrepancies, it will let you know.

Check iPod for Duplicates - This feature checks the iPod database to see if it has some songs listed twice. It will automatically remove the duplicates.

Wipe iPod Clean - This feature deletes all files in all of the Music directories on the iPod, and cleans out the database.
